A Disastrous Mistake

It's my BAD DAY!!!! I couldnt believe I've made such a stupid mistake!!!! Blame myself =( Really very sad the whole day...... because of a customer. Today i really received god damn strange customers like one who gave me a deposit of $1000 BUT duno where to go yet. CRAZY. Too rich right. Then it started at about noon time...A couple who enquire me about trip to Genting & Macau+Hong Kong. Initially, the Genting trip already give me a slight headache. 9 of them were travelling together. And this PH period was the worst seems like what shit hotel also don't have in GEN, except First World who customers hated most for the lousy room they have. Then what for go & put the price list of those Unavailable hotels for customers to choose!!!! (CROSS ARMS)
I thought everything had settled for GEN, the couple were reminded constantly that if RESORT hotel is full, will have FULL REFUND. They insist not to stay @ FW coz its too cheap*** !!!! Wah lau, scully they tell me want to book MACAU+HK also. (Begin to sweat) Whaty a tough work for such a newbie like me. Ok then price everthing settled(own assumption/over-confident). Explain everything clearly already....and the worst had arrived (Thunderstrikes!!!) Because only budget airline fly to MACAU by Tiger Airways, return will be by Jetstar flight. And based on internet booking, their PRICES will vary like buying shares. Another moment log in again, the price will change. To get clear of this, i smoothly booked Jetstar first for HKG/SIN. BUT following i booked SIN/MFM by TG to the part where I had key the credit card no. AND SUDDEN POP OUT EXPLORER GOT ERROR -> Click OK, i click it. Whole explorer gone!!!!!!!!!! Fark it. Means my booking gone.... when i logged in again, no more seats for that particular day. My heart nearly pop out. Heart attack symptons appeared!
When such things happened, BLAME MYSELF->BLAME THE IDIOT COM->BLAME MYSELF AGAIN. The reason is how can i book the flight come back then CANNOT book the flight to go. So stupid. Somemore never include all the base fares in the price i calculated for the customer. Base fare assume wrongly somemore! Go & CONFIRM Jetstar booking when nobody tell me to do so. Should HOLD the booking instead when i never do it. Really a bad day. A GRAVE MISTAKE.

This booking had cost me 6 hrs to solve. I thought i had to compensate for this booking about half of my little salary-->$250. After all the hassles of amendment of departure dates & paper work...finally...my helping star Seak Lin help me to calculate how much total surcharge we had to charge for this booking. Luckily is merely $8/pax = 8 X 9pax=$72. If tmr my boss cant waive off for me, that's too bad. Deduct from my pathetic salary then......
But really want to THANK Seak Lin for giving me such a great hand & Karen who console me for the whole day. Karen really had a kind heart & im so proud to know her. She said she want to give me $100 from her salary to help me pay off...so we can share half of the compensation. That's CRAZY. I'll never allow anyone to bear my stupid mistake for me seriously... And she also waited for me about 8plus to totally solve this bloody booking & knock off together. So touched....!
I learned not to be so sotong again !!!!!! Check everthing before i commit myself & to the customers.
